How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a free trial — no credit card required. Connect your channels, invite your team and try everything. You only pay when you decide Pindura is right for you, and you can cancel anytime.
What counts as an active contact?
An active contact is someone you exchanged at least one message with in a given month. It is a fair-use guardrail, not a hard limit — we will nudge you to upgrade before you hit it, and we will never bill-shock you.
How is WhatsApp messaging billed?
Every plan includes $5 of WhatsApp sending credit per month. Beyond that, messages are pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet at standard messaging rates. Inbound messages and service replies within the 24-hour window are always free.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my team grows?
Each plan includes a number of seats (3 on Starter, 10 on Growth, 25 on Scale). You can add extra seats at any time — $15, $12 or $10 per seat per month depending on your plan.
How does Voice calling work and what does it cost?
Voice is included on Growth and Scale. Activate a business phone line yourself from Settings, no hardware or separate phone system needed — calls happen right inside the same inbox as your WhatsApp and email. Numbers are $4/mo and calls are $0.04/min, billed from your prepaid usage wallet alongside WhatsApp and AI usage.
