Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: July 6, 2026

Pindura, a product of Naiah Ltd (a company registered in the United Kingdom), respects your right to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains what data we store when you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account, and how to request its permanent deletion.

1. What We Store

When you connect a Meta channel (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram) to Pindura, we store:

  • The channel's identifiers (Page ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, Instagram account ID, phone number)
  • The access tokens needed to send and receive messages on your behalf (encrypted at rest)
  • Conversations and messages exchanged through the connected channel
  • Contact records for the people you converse with

2. Disconnect a Channel (Self-Service)

You can remove a connected account at any time from Settings → Channels inside Pindura. Deleting a channel revokes its access tokens and stops all message processing for that account immediately. You can also remove Pindura's access from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.

3. Request Full Data Deletion

To permanently delete all personal data associated with your account or a connected channel, email privacy@naiah.tech from the address on your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include:

  • Your account email, and
  • The channel(s) or workspace you want deleted (or state that you want everything deleted).

4. What Happens Next

We verify the request comes from the account owner, then permanently delete the associated tokens, messages, contacts, and account data from our systems. Deletion is completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email once it is done. Backups containing the data are purged on their normal rotation cycle. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, tax or transaction records).
