By creating an account on Pindura, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Pindura is a product of Naiah Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Pindura is an omnichannel customer communication platform that enables businesses to manage WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other messaging channels in a unified inbox. Additional features include workflow automation and CRM pipelines.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@naiah.tech if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to use Pindura to:
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data. We process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Pindura and all associated trademarks, logos, and software are owned by Naiah Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by outages beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may export it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naiah Ltd's liability for any claim arising from use of Pindura shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, except that where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection those laws afford.
